NO! Propierge charges flat fees based on the number of properties and the products/features that you choose and 0% commissions on any Rental Bookings. Any charges and fees made by the Booking Channel or Card Payment gateways that you use will be charged to you direct by these companies.

No. Propierge is hosted on the Cloud so it will not be downloaded on to any server.

We use Vacaypay (own IP) to manage payments with the system when connected to a payment gateway. Vacaypay allows to take payments, send payment requests and see payments made on the website (if instant book is switched on).
Vacaypay connects directly to Stripe, and any other gateways registered with Spreedly.com
Yes. There are a variety of different ways to store details and a variety of relationships.
Yes. Depending on where your business focus is directed (Bookings or Operations) each contact can have different and multiple relationships with properties.
If you just choose the Bookings features you can connect all Bookings related suppliers such as outsourced Cleaners. If you choose the Operations features you can connect all maintenance related suppliers such as gardeners, plumbers, electricians and handymen in addition to some concierge related suppliers such as hire cars. If you choose the Bundled option you will be able to connect all suppliers to look after both Bookings and Operations.
There are a variety of Master and Individual Calendars and Schedules to provide you with a full overview of what is going on in your business and more detailed views of specific areas of your business and its operations.
Yes, all Calendars and Schedules are updated automatically and in real time so that any changes to Bookings, Activities and Operations have the latest information and status shown.
Our reporting system is customisable so we can create the reports that will match user requirements.
Users can also choose the filter for bookings and select a specific status to isolate relevant bookings
All “Manage” pages within the Operations areas of Propierge can be filtered and output in Excel, CSV, HTML and PDF.
Airbnb, Booking.com and HomeAway
Yes. We are also integrated with Rentals United (RU) that provides over 60 other channels. Users will need to set up a separate contract with RU, along with having their own contract with the channels.
All channel integrations are real-time i.e. immediate.
Depending on what Products you have chosen, once a Booking is received from any source (channel, manual, website or other) the entire Propierge system down to the inspections, gardeners and hire cars all start to work to make sure the property is ready and prepared for the guests arrival.
Yes. You will need to have an active account open with any channel that you would like to integrate with.
All recorded payments, whether added as a manual entry or automatically via our payment processor, are automatically allocated to the relevant party according to the revenue share configuration setup between owners, managers, booking suppliers and other 3rd parties.

Yes. The Inspector App is an iOS iPad App.
Go on to the App store from your iPad and search for “Propierge Inspector” and download the App by following the instructions. Once you have downloaded the Inspector App, put your unique url in the space indicated and login as you do on the normal Propierge Admin system.
Only users that have the Inspector App access granted in their user settings can access the Inspector App. Ask your system administrator to check your user settings to ensure that you have been given the Inspector App permission.
Yes. The Inspector App will continue to work and store any results from any Inspections that you carry out even when you do not have an Internet connection. As soon as you are connected to the internet again, the Inspector App will sync with the main Propierge Admin system and send/receive the latest information.
Yes, provided you have an internet connection you just need to tap the “Web Portal” area on the main screen of the App and this will take you straight to your access of the Propierge Administration Panel. Just tap the Inspections area to navigate back to the Inspector App.
When a Property Inspection is carried out, any checks that fail will automatically generate a maintenance issue in the Propierge Admin system for resolution.
Yes, Maintenance Issues can be created either automatically or manually.

Only users that have the Cleaning App access granted in their user settings can access the Cleaning App. Ask your system administrator to check your user settings to ensure that you have been given the Cleaning App permission.
Yes. The Cleaning App will continue to work and store any results from any Cleaning that you carry out even when you do not have an Internet connection. As soon as you are connected to the internet again, the Cleaning App will sync with the main Propierge Admin system and send/receive the latest information.
No. There is no in built connection between the Cleaning App and the full Propierge Operations Admin system.
If you would like to give your cleaners access to the full system, update their permissions from within the System Settings area and provide the appropriate access which will mean that they can login as normal provided there is an internet connection.
Propierge looks at a variety of settings and calculates how much to pay the cleaners according to these requirements that you have set.
The simplest way is to use ZOHO Books for your accounting. Propierge will send all approved timesheets to ZOHO Books which will generate invoices in the combinations that you choose/set in a matter of minutes. If you do not use ZOHO Books, you can also export this information into an Excel or CSV file to work with the system of your choice.

Reports can be customised to show and generate data the way you are accustomed to. While there are possible limitations in how the reports are done, the assessment is usually done prior to a formal registration so we make sure you can see your favorite KPI at the push of a button
