WCS Bespoke – The Flagship Propierge Licensee.

WCS Bespoke is a Property Management company based in Sotogrande, Cádiz in Southern Spain.

Established in 2006 they offer a wide range of services from competitively priced Standard Property Management to High End Property Management with Administrative Support and/or Concierge Services.

They pride themselves on delivering high quality, legal, fully insured and ethically driven Property Management. Their aim is to take care of their clients´ properties to the highest standard possible whilst helping them to navigate their way through some of the unknowns that come with owning a property abroad.

WCS Bespoke is owned by Clare Westwood, who also happens to be the Founder & CEO of Propierge!

The Propierge concept was originally inspired by Clare’s need for a system to help her run her successful property management company, WCS Bespoke, in a more time and cost effective manner.

After looking into the systems available on the market for Property Managers (or lack thereof), Clare soon realised there was a gap in the market for a system that was able to offer the features and support that she was looking for and desperately needed to help her grow her business. To this end she decided to build Propierge….

As the flagship Propierge licensee, WCS Bespoke gets to try out and benefit from all of the new features and benefits that Propierge offers, before anyone else. However, as a trade-off for this, the WCS Bespoke team also has to work though and help the development team to fix any of the bugs and snags before any new features are released to any other licensee to use within their business.
