Property Management is complicated. No two Property Managers provide exactly the same services in exactly the same way. Some do rentals, whilst others may not. Some rentals may be long term, whilst others are short term holiday lets, some properties may be available to rent all the time, with others being only available for some months of the year. The variations go on and on… Some Property Managers do a lot of the cleaning, maintenance and repairs themselves, whilst others may subcontract these services out. Some Property Managers may have different agreements with different clients and properties, but others may have a more uniformed approach. Again, the variations are endless.
The one thing that all Property Managers have in common is that there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than what is immediately obvious – until it falls over! Propierge is a Smart System that has been created for you to use how you want to use it. In the same way that you may use your phone to Call, WhatsApp, Email, access Facebook, do your Shopping and Banking, whilst someone else may use their phone just to Call, Text and access Facebook (even though the other features (and more) are there if they wanted to use them), Propierge can be used in exactly the same way. Propierge has a vast range of Features available which can be used according to your needs. These can be set up and controlled as you want them to be controlled. We provide some standard set ups to start you off, but you can even change these if they don´t work for you and your business.

Propierge was founded in 2015 by Clare Westwood after nearly 10 years of running WCS Bespoke, a successful Holiday Property Management company in Sotogrande, Southern Spain. Clare wanted a system to help run WCS Bespoke more efficiently and after realising that there was nothing available on the market that fulfilled her requirements, she decided to build something bespoke to suit her needs. During the build phase, Clare decided to broaden the scope out to appeal to a wider range of Holiday Property Managers, into what has now become Propierge. Today, Propierge has grown to become a tight knit team of people who are intent on really solving the more complex (and often unnoticed) operational aspects of Holiday Property Management.
Unless you are on the ground, rolling your sleeves up and dealing with the day to day issues, the complex nature of what Holiday Property Managers do is often overlooked or dismissed. Propierge has been helping Holiday Property Managers save time and money since November 2016 by providing the tools to help them run their businesses more efficiently. We are constantly working on new features and improvements with the objective of continuing to help Holiday Property Managers survive the threats and challenges they face daily, and to thrive in the more digitally demanding workplace.
Cammy is Propierge! His previous experience in PR and Property Management, combined with his natural ability to change and adapt to his environment makes him perfectly placed as brand ambassador to Propierge. Having travelled extensively, Cammy is now settled in Southern Spain, enjoying the heat and lifestyle that is on offer locally.
Clare is a Holiday Property Manager at heart with an above average fascination in all things tech! She is passionate in ensuring that Property Managers have all the help they need to survive the threats and challenges they face daily, and thrive in the more digitally demanding workplace. After a decade of experience in the corporate world, Clare moved to Spain in 2006 where she founded, grew and still runs her Property Management business WCS Bespoke in Sotogrande, Spain. She started working on Propierge at the end of 2014 and spent the following 3 years refining and improving it, to ensure that what was finally delivered gets to the heart of the problems that Property Managers have to deal with day to day. Later in 2015, Clare saw her vision of what Propierge needed to be come to life and become the Holiday Property Management System that Property Managers love to use and rely on.
Gemma is our fountain of knowledge for all things payments, processes, commercial and operations. She has vast experience to date across many industries including e-commerce, banking and payments, with previous responsibilities including managing a payment portfolio with over €160 million of transactions per month, across 40 individual payment providers. Combine this corporate experience with hands-on knowledge of running her own small businesses locally here in Spain (in her “spare time”), multitasking and delivery of seamless operational support on any scale, large or small, is not just one of Gemma´s skills, it is built in to the fabric of her DNA!
Gemma is our Co-Founder – Head of Development & Operations and is here to ensure that the Propierge experience for everyone who interacts with us, from Property Managers to Commercial relationships, is seamless, smooth and enjoyable.
Rebekah jumped on board to lead our marketing team. Rebekah is an IT and marketing design consultant with a real passion for technology! With her broad IT knowledge and sound corporate experience, she has worked on various design projects that includes branding, marketing, document management systems, specialist on and offscreen content, and she has been design lead on many high value commercial corporate deals. Rebekah strongly believes in the value to be gained by embracing communication technologies to deliver greater business efficiency. She also believes in giving back, so over the years she has given her time as a volunteer media consultant to help charities and pressure groups such the CRE, Shelter/Campaign for Bedsit Rights and Computer Aid International. Rebekah holds a BSc Honours Degree in Computing Technology; Media and Communications, a PGC in Multimedia Design and an MSc in Media and Communication Regulations.
Jason joins our Propierge Team as Lead Software Developer, bringing on board a decade of experience in Software Development. Jason spent the last 2 years before Propierge working at a software development house in the UK, where he had an active role in the early stage development of Propierge before helping us to move the software development out to set up on our own. Jason has hit the ground running and is truly leading the way to help us take Propierge to the next stage.
Wayne joins the Propierge Team as a Software Developer, bringing on board 8 years of experience driving business communication services with his strong programming skills in Web, App and Software Development. Wayne is a forward thinker and a great conceptualiser. He has a vision and foresight that has enabled him to develop systems that have served various business needs that include product services, sales support, customer and brand management, marketing and analytics.
Isabel is the all-round Executive Assistant and Project Manager who takes care of the administrative aspects of the team. With over 17 years experience between the NHS, IT and charity sectors, coupled with her degree in HR Management, Isabel is a strong addition to our team. Originally from Portugal, Isabel has been living in the UK for 14 years now, but has also lived in Germany and Spain, making her well adapted to various European business working environments. She has excellent communication skills and the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. Isabel is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, but she also understands German, French and Italian, which is great because she loves to talk, and her pan-European language skills are valuable asset to our business.
After spending most of her childhood living the expat lifestyle in many countries and continents around the world, Marisa has been settled on the Costa del Sol for the past 15 plus years. With many years of experience in the hospitality and service industry, the need for excellence in service delivery and support comes naturally to her. Combine this with time spent working in the rental organisation and management arena, teaching English and Spanish to both adults and children, Marisa is a valued member of the Propierge Sales & Support team, bringing local and relevant understanding to her role.
Originally from the UK, but growing up in Spain, Natalie has a wealth of local experience and understanding that she brings with her to the Propierge Sales & Support team. Working for many years providing marketing support and liaising with clients and prospects in the Real estate development market, along with time spent teaching English and Spanish classes, Natalie is a welcomed addition to the team.
